Indiana PC Services ("we", "us") provides on-site computer setup and support in the Greater Indianapolis area. This page explains what information we collect through indianapcservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out our service request form, we receive:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
- Your location (city or ZIP code) and preferred time
- The details you write about the job
If you call, text or email us, we also receive whatever you choose to share, such as photos of your setup. Please don't send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information through the form.
Information collected automatically

Lead source: when you submit the form, we record the page you were on and any ad or campaign
tags in the link (for example,
utm_source), so we know how you found us. - Spam protection: your IP address is converted into a one-way code and used only to limit how many submissions can be sent in a short time. We don't store your IP address.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you or track you across other websites.
- Hosting logs: like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, give you an estimate and schedule service
- To contact you about the job you requested
- To prevent spam and abuse of our website
- To understand which pages and ads bring us customers
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages without your permission.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we use to run this website:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, provides our visitor statistics and delivers form submissions to us by email
- Google (Gmail), where we receive and keep our business email
- Unsplash, which serves some of the images on our home page and may see your IP address when they load
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as emails in our business inbox. We keep them as long as we need them to serve you and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email support@indianapcservices.com or call or text (317) 379-3141.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
